If you are having problems resetting your password please do the following:
1. Go to www.mymobilewatchdog.com via a computer
2. Log in
3. Click settings tab
4. Click change password to a brand new secure password.
1. Open a support ticket by sending us an email at email@example.com
2. Include your name, a contact phone and your registered parent email
3. We will look up your account and send you an email with your new password
